How often should I have my watch serviced?
Overhaul recommendations vary between manufacturers, usually between 2 and 5 years. With daily use, wear caused by friction of moving parts makes a complete overhaul necessary. On this occasion, each worn part must be replaced with an original part of the brand.
How much does a watch service cost?
The cost of a revision varies depending on the movement of the watch and the complexity of the work to be carried out. Models with sophisticated complications, composed of hundreds of parts, require additional expertise and work time, which results in a higher price. To obtain an estimate of the price of revision of your watch, we invite you to contact our after-sales service. Please note that all our watches benefit from a 2-year warranty.
How does a watch service take place?
During a full service, the watch is completely disassembled so that the watchmaker can clean and examine each component, replacing worn ones if necessary. The movement is then reassembled, lubricated and subjected to a timing test. Finally, the case and crystal are thoroughly cleaned, restoring the watch to its original shine.
